This is a great pen in good condition.  It is a black Platinum short / pocket pen.  There are two small chips on the cap.  There is a shot of the bigger chip above.  The Platinum 18k imprint on the body is still there but the gold color is worn off.  This pen has an outline “p” logo which means it should be from the 1970’s.

This pen has an 18k EF nib.  Japanese EF nibs can sometimes feel a little scratchy because the point is so fine.  This one has some feedback but it does not dig into the paper.  It is very nice to write with.  The wetness on this pen is about 5/10.  If you try to make it a wetter writer, the line width will probably get a bit wider.

Unfortunately, There are no convertors available for these pens.  Fortunately, the cartridges are easy to refill with an ink syringe and they have a good capacity.  Because the nib is EF and it is slightly dry, one refill should last a long time.

I am asking ¥1900 ¥1800 (currently around $17.60) for this pen.  That includes the pen and two Platinum ink cartridges.

If you spend less than ¥5,000 you will need to pay shipping.  ¥5,000-¥10,000, shipping will be half price.  Over ¥10,000, shipping is free.

If you have any questions or you would like to buy this pen, please leave a comment or send mail to tomattarashinu@gmail.com.

Thanks!

Steve
